This is the second time I've tried uploading this video, something went wrong last time I tried to upload it. This is a Sanyo portable tape recorder that has terrible recording capabilities, I'm pretty sure it's DC Bias. I think the belts in the tape deck are not going to last too much longer, i'm surprised it still works.
