here's a mini-review of this very nice MARANTZ PH-32W portable componet system it has Dolby on the left deck only w/music search sequential play on both single side each and both play very well and the eq can be switched in and out and lots other functions befitting a home stereo & of course Phono and aux inputs & ground and external termainals for ant, etc. and yes this is a 3-piece and this can be seperated and this can run on 10 D batteries although I haven't been successfull with this operating on batteries because the terminals are rusted.
