This is a recording using a Realistic TR-884 8-Track Recorder. A Philips portable CD player was used to play the source material directly into the input jacks of the TR-884. The tape was then played back using the TR-884 into my computer using a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZX card and recorded with Audacity 1.3.14 Beta with no alterations. Quite impressive for an old vintage 8-track recorder using an Akai ACT-300 Recording Tape.
