This is the Mk 3 from Philips made in 1965. It was an attempt to improve on the looks of the EL3300 and 3301. Spot the differences, the circuit design was changed, to now use 10 transistors, to improve sound playback and recording (max freq response 10KHz). later units had further improvements and these units were referred to as variants ie the 3302A in 1967, and the further improved 3302G in 1968 and so on. Though all variants were still known as the EL-3302 in sales literature. This tape recorder made an appearance in the Bollywood film AAP AAYE BAHAR AAYI made in 1971. I will post a clip of it!
